Cayman Islands — Complimentary Delivery

All orders within the Cayman Islands enjoy complimentary shipping and delivery.

Once your items are confirmed in stock, your order will be delivered within 5 business days. We’ll keep you informed every step of the way.


United States Shipping

We ship to the United States via USPS.

  • $20 flat-rate shipping

  • Complimentary standard shipping on orders over $250

  • Duties are pre-paid, so there are no additional charges upon delivery

Orders ship within 2–5 business days after stock confirmation. While most U.S. orders arrive sooner, please allow up to 10 business days for delivery. A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order is on its way.


International Shipping

We ship to the rest of the world via FedEx.

We offer worldwide shipping with a $75 flat rate.

International delivery times vary depending on destination. All international orders include tracking.
Please note that duties and taxes are not included unless explicitly stated and are the responsibility of the customer.


Order Tracking

Every Isy B. order includes a tracking number, emailed to you as soon as your order ships, so you can follow your piece’s journey from us to you.


Payment Options

We accept:

  • PayPal

At this time, we do not accept personal checks and money orders. 

We accept direct bank transfers for local purchasers only. Please contact us directly for details.


Order Verification

To ensure a secure shopping experience, Isy B. may occasionally require additional order verification.

Verification is completed via the email address used at checkout. If we do not receive a response within 48 hours of our initial contact, the order will be cancelled.
Verification requirements are determined at Isy B.’s discretion and may affect shipping timelines if delayed.


Returns & Refunds

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are returned:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • With all original tags and labels attached

  • In original product packaging

  • Free from any visible signs of wear or alteration

Returns that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted.


Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and exclusivity reasons, the following items are final sale:

  • Swimwear

  • Rashguards

  • Gift cards

  • Items on sale

These items cannot be returned or exchanged.


Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • A $10 handling & processing fee is deducted from all refunds

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are not covered

  • Duties, taxes, and shipping fees are non-refundable

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.


Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges on eligible items, subject to availability.

  • Exchanges are not available for swimwear or rashguards

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on exchanges


How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return or exchange, please email customerservice@isybdesign.com with:

  • Your full name and contact details

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

Once received, your item will be inspected and you will be notified via email regarding the next steps.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver within the stated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing, carrier disruptions, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Isy B. is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Isy B. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking information for assistance.
