We are a small story-telling design studio based in the Cayman Islands, a group of 3 tiny islands in the Caribbean Sea.

We currently ship within the Cayman Islands, to the United States, and internationally worldwide.

How does shipping work?
Once your order is placed and stock is confirmed, your piece is carefully prepared and shipped.

When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 4 - 5 business days after purchase. Shipping times may vary depending on item availability.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery times vary by destination. While many orders arrive sooner, U.S. and International deliveries may take up to two weeks in some cases.
Can Isy B. discount codes be used offline?
Isy B. discount codes are exclusively valid for online purchases at www.isybdesign.com and cannot be redeemed in-store or offline.
Where is my order confirmation?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
