Where are you based?

We are a small story-telling design studio based in the Cayman Islands, a group of 3 tiny islands in the Caribbean Sea.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the Cayman Islands and to the USA. We are working on expanding our international shipping and hope to able to ship further afield too!

How does shipping work?

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 2 - 5 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.

Can Isy B. discount codes be used offline?

No, Isy B. discount codes are exclusively applicable for online purchases on our website, www.isybdesign.com. They cannot be redeemed offline.

Where is my order confirmation?

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add sales@isybdesign.com to your safe sender list.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit card payments as well as PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers.
