Isy B. Careers: Sales Coordinator (Part Time)

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Retail Sales Coordinator with strong inventory control experience to support our retail operations. 

In this role, you will coordinate daily sales activities, oversee inventory processes, and help drive an exceptional customer experience. You will be the critical link between sales, selling locations, our warehouse, and customer deliveries reporting to senior management.

Part time 20 hours per week

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive new stock into the warehouse and follow receiving process

  • Lead inventory management efforts including stock level monitoring, replenishment, receiving, and stock counts to avoid overstocking or stockouts

  • Maintain accurate inventory records using POS and inventory management systems

  • Collaborate with the warehouse to ensure timely product deliveries

  • Organising shipments and appropriate documentation with freight forwarders and shipping companies

  • Deliver customer orders locally in person and overseas shipments

  • Support visual merchandising and promotional activities in all retail locations and online

  • Organize and manage monthly pop-ups and sales events

  • Address customer concerns or issues, escalating when necessary.

  • Ensure the warehouse meets company standards for cleanliness and organization

  • Take on other responsibilities as relates to relevant business activities

 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in retail (Apparel / jewelry / hotels or boutique sectors only) with a strong focus on inventory or stock coordination.

  • Experience in inventory management systems, POS systems, and Microsoft Excel.

  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities.

  • This is a strong customer facing role and will require an outgoing personality and the ability to present professionally to our retail and corporate customers.

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

  • Clean driving license. Must have own vehicle.
