15 Minutes Of Self-Enquiry

Building on our earlier exercise, we'll delve deeper into self-inquiry, an essential aspect of getting to know oneself better.


Steps to follow:

Review Your Free Writing: Reflect on your writing during the 3-minute free writing exercise. Specifically, identify two or three ideas or themes that resonate with you or evoke an emotion whether positive or negative.

Set Up Your Pages: Take two or three pages in your Storyteller Journal, and write one of the selected ideas at the top of each page. This will be the focus for each respective page.

Journaling Time: Reflect on the prompt below to explore each of these ideas further. Take 15 minutes to journal about this prompt: Why does this feel important to me right now? During these 15 minutes, let your thoughts flow freely. Don't worry about crafting perfect sentences; focus on exploring the feelings and thoughts that come up.

Reflection and Feedback: After the time is up, reflect on your journaling experience. How did you feel about this exercise? What new information do you have about yourself?
